2024 Block of the Month Meetup

The 2024 Block of the Month (BOM) is Country Blessings by Poppie Cotton, a fun and colorful Quilt made up of twelve 12″ blocks. You will be making blocks that include a rabbit, an American Flag, some flowers and a sewing machine; just to name a few. You will use different traditional piecing techniques to complete the blocks.

There is a $30 (plus tax) registration fee to join the 2024 BOM which includes the pattern book that you will receive in January along with your fabrics to complete the first block.

The January block fabrics are $5 (plus tax). If you come to The Quilting Squares on the first Saturday of each month from 9:30-1:30 with your completed block(s) from the previous month, then you will receive the next month’s fabrics FREE!

Details:

• If you miss that meeting or do not have completed blocks, you must pay $5 (plus tax) for the next set of fabrics.
• You may not pick up your blocks prior to the scheduled date.
• One free month’s fabric set per customer. Additional sets may be purchased for $5 each (plus tax).
• We will offer a finishing kit at the end of the year for you to purchase to finish your quilt with coordinating fabrics!
• Replacement fabric is available for purchase should supplies last.
• The signup fee is non-refundable.
• Times and dates are subject to change.
• We do not ship the BOM, fabrics must be picked up in store.
• Come in to the store for complete rules and registration!
